Job Description
We are looking for a Backend Runtime Engineer to build the governed runtime foundation of our AI platform, including the run-event model, policy decision point, secure execution flow, and trace persistence. Requirements 4+ years of backend software development experience. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python. Experience with policy-as-code, authorization, or access control systems. Experience designing event-driven architectures or event-sourcing systems. Strong understanding of secure runtime and backend service design. Familiarity with CI/CD and automated testing. Advanced English (B2+ or higher). Nice to Have Experience using AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation. Knowledge of AI agent architectures, tool-call mediation, or autonomous systems. Experience building secure, highly reliable backend platforms.
