Bacon Factory Hygiene Technician

Trades Workforce Solutions in Northampton is seeking a Hygiene Operative to ensure all machinery and factory areas are cleaned to the highest hygiene standards. Candidates will work on a flexible rota of 4 days out of 7, primarily during evening hours.

This role is essential to maintain a safe and compliant production environment and involves physically demanding tasks including disinfection and sanitation of equipment. Prior experience in hygiene or factory cleaning is beneficial but not mandatory, as training can be provided.
