- Plan and coordinate daily food preparation activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely service.
- Stack, cut, and wrap bagel sandwiches during service for customers to collect.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels and minimise waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
