Job Description
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Assist with the set-up, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines
Education and Training
- At least a high school graduate, with or without experience. Can handle pressure, fast learner, and team player.
- Should have completed at least secondary education. Competent enough to fluently and clearly express concepts and ideas orally and in writing.
- Preferably have been oriented on GMP and 5S systems
Technical Requirements/Skills
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be analytical and with strong leadership skills.
- Should be capable of dealing with all personnel at all levels of the organization.
