Job Description
Otway Bakery in Clinton Hill is looking for a Bakery Manager to lead our Bread Production team and work hand in hand with our Viennoiserie production team.
Please, only apply if you have experience mixing and baking bread. All other candidates will not be considered.
Otway Bakery opened in March 2022 after the bread and pastry programs at Otway Restaurant outgrew their original home. We offer a rotating selection of pastries and Viennoiserie as well as breads made daily with a focus on locally sourced flours and grains, some of which are milled in-house.
Main Responsibilities:
- Opens and/or close the Bakery
- Manages the team in their daily responsibilities and provides clear, effective direction
- Ensures the bakery is set up for success and side work is continually being monitored and completed.
