Responsibilities
- Take the lead on shifts to support your Team in delivering outstanding service.
- Train and coach our team to Brand Standards.
- Make the World’s Best Coffee.
- Prepare Award Winning Food.
- Drive high standards at all times.
- Assist the Management Team with operating the bakery.
- Make the most of colleagues strengths and ensure that they are in the right place to maximise sales.
