Job Description
- Manages and develops the BSOs assigned to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded
- Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with the Branch head and other key bank employees and ensures regular contact and communications through the conduct of regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target
- Reporting, planning and administration - including budgets and management information
- Market Analysis
- Training, coaching, monitoring and assessment of Bancassurance Sales Officers
- Closely coordinating and monitoring daily activities of BSOs, including following up accounts for closing and reporting all activities to Region Head and/or Sales Head on a daily basis
