HSBC is currently seeking an ambitious individual for the role of Insurance Product Expert located in Kuching, Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets in bancassurance and providing comprehensive after-sales service to customers.
With a minimum of 7 years in financial services and strong communication skills, you'll partner with Relationship Managers to optimize customer satisfaction and assist with policy changes and claims. Qualified candidates must hold relevant licenses including PCE, CEILI, and TBE.
