About the Role
Responsible for Single Premium and Regular Premium to partner banks, servicing, coaching, and supporting the sales staff and branch network. Assist to mentor Associates & Senior Associates staff.Ensure to achieve Sales Target (breakdown by product), e.g. Regular Premium, Single Premium, SME EB & Others
Co-organise and support on branch sales by meeting specific min. no. of activities per month
Provide servicing support to bank partner and/or customer
Conduct training and sales coaching, such as conduct scheduled Rookie FE, Conduct coaching session, Conduct scheduled FE(B) coaching session, and Conduct monthly engagement & reinforcement with FE(UT)
