The Catering Supervisor is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient and high-quality day-to-day delivery of catering services at the Uffculme Centre within Corporate Services.
The post holder’s main role will be to cook for the cafe and supervise the day-to-day operation of the kitchen and on-site caf, support hospitality and catering provision for meetings and events, and ensure that food safety, hygiene, customer service and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Main duties of the job
- Prepare and oversee daily food production for the on-site caf and hospitality services.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of catering staff and allocate duties during shifts.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, presentation and customer care.
