Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, forward‑thinking Band 4 Therapy Assistant with a specialist interest in older people to join our integrated physiotherapy and occupational therapy team. The role offers a broad range of experience across short‑stay wards and specialist complex medicine units. As a member of our friendly therapy team, under the supervision of qualified physiotherapists and occupational therapists, you will complete assessments, tasks and interventions throughout the patient’s journey from admission to discharge. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self‑motivation and a caring, compassionate approach to patient care are essential. We encourage lifelong learning, with regular training and supervision for your personal and professional development.
