Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Band 5 mental health nurse who is ready to take up the challenges and work promptly with one of the Trust in East England. The Trust offers mental health services, learning disability, older adult services and primary care mental health services.

Description:

The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, in liaison with the care team in the capacity of a mental health nurse.

  • Provide therapeutic interpersonal skills when engaging with a client.
  • Perform nursing assessments of a client's personal needs using relevant skills and assessment tools.
  • Implement a range of clinical skills in the assessment client risk.
  • Construct client care plans and risk management plans based on their assessed needs.
