Job Description

The Physiotherapy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist in Wrightington. The successful Physiotherapist will be working full-time hours across Monday to Friday. Experience within the NHS would be desirable. 

Position:  Physiotherapist
Banding: 6

Location: Wrightington Wigan & Leigh Hospice
Length:  3 months
Shift Pattern: Flexible (08:00 – 16:30 Mon-Fri – 3 whole days is most suitable
Essential skills:

  • Community based post, this is more patient facing, home visits, potentially on the inpatient unit, and outpatient clinics
  • Some may be remote work, quite varied, do all patient visits and then may WFH for last few hours making notes – would need to be available for visits over 3 days.
  • Moving and handling, breathlessness experience and MDT working.
