Job Description

Medacs Healthcare are currenty looking fro experience Camhs Referral Hub Practitioner to work with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust

  • Band 6 - RMN Staff NurseMon to Fri 9.00-17.00 37.5h Address : Fulb Old Drift, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5EE Start as soon as possible

    • Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, triage, and prioritise CAMHS referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-making
  • Conduct initial screenings and risk assessments to determine urgency and care pathways
  • Allocate referrals to appropriate services in line with clinical need and service criteria
  • Liaise with internal teams and external professionals to gather relevant information and support decision-making
  • Provide advice and guidance to referrers, families, and professionals regarding access to services
  • Ensure all referrals and clinical activity are accurately documented in line with governance standards
