We are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist to work on an ongoing basis in South West London. Please see details of the role below:
Role Details
• Role: Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:30am – 4:30pm
• Pay: £
• Start: ASAP
• Length: 3 months
• This is a ward based clinical role supporting medicines reconciliation, patient reviews, clinical screening, and discharge facilitation as part of the wider pharmacy team.
Requirements
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
