We are seeking an innovative and experienced Postgraduate Education Lead (Nursing) to drive the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact educational programmes across the Clinical Group.
The post holder will lead a comprehensive postgraduate portfolio, including MSc provision, CPD investment and specialist pathways, ensuring alignment with workforce priorities and service needs. A key focus will be the successful implementation and scaling of the MSc Cardiorespiratory Care programme, delivered in close partnership with leading academic institutions, strengthening the integration of clinical practice and academic excellence.
You will be responsible for strengthening links between education, workforce planning and clinical outcomes, using data to inform commissioning, monitor impact, and demonstrate return on investment in areas such as retention, progression and capability.
