Main duties of the job
To answer the telephone promptly and deal with enquiries in ahelpful and courteous manner, being aware of the need to maintainconfidentiality at all times.
To cover the front reception desk to deal with patient's face toface.
Booking, cancelling, amending patient's appointments using EMIS.
To maintain a good rapport/relationship between internal andexternal staff of the Practice at all times.
To have an overview of the demands and workflow of the Practiceduring the working day.
