Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting
- Manage and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy and integrity
- Perform data analysis, tracking, and reporting using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for operational and audit purposes
- Ensure proper documentation and data compliance with internal policies
- Manage door access control system (user profiles, access rights, card issuance/deactivation)
- Monitor access logs, perform data checks, and support audit requirements
- Handle system troubleshooting and liaise with vendors
- Support CCTV monitoring, footage review, and incident documentation
