We are hiring for a UAT Manager for a bank client located in Makati.
This is a regular Day Shift Mon to Fri job
Salary is up to 170K based on experience
Main Requirement is at least 3 years of experience within the banking industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage UAT direct reports, including leading, coaching, andmentoringtesting team members
- Role will partner with stakeholders on creation of value story / business case
- Coordinate all cross application dependencies and downstream impact with IT and business teams toprioritize enhancements and defects into releases
- Conduct weekly/monthly UAT/Release Management status meetings
- Collaborate and provide release status to leadership team and stakeholders
