Overview
General Accountant - Real Estate Division in Sharjah, UAE. Reporting to the Finance Manager. Responsible for full bookkeeping up to consolidation, and for filing of quarterly VAT returns. The role involves coordinating and completing audits, analyzing financial information, and supporting management with financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Carry out monthly, quarterly, and yearly bookkeeping activities including settlements of bank and bank card accounts, coordination, and completion of annual audits, and evaluation of financial reports as necessary.
- Analyze and report on financial condition including income statement variations, communicate financial results to management, and assist in budget preparation and evaluation.
- Improve systems and processes and initiate corrective actions as needed.
