Job Description

This successful firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Banking and Finance Team in Edinburgh. The team advise on a wide variety of transactional and banking advisory work, including real estate finance, fund finance, corporate funding, leveraged finance and acquisition finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on banking issues which includes drafting or negotiating loan and security documentation.
  • Drafting of legal research and papers.
  • Managing transactional work and working with other Practice Areas on multi-disciplinary matters.
  • Business development.
