Currently, we are looking for a Bankruptcy Legal Assistant to support attorneys with high-volume caseloads, often using client vendor software. Our firm represents financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities, and select businesses in matters involving mortgage banking, consumer finance, real estate finance, and loan enforcement.

- Drafting proofs of claims and other pleadings, reviewing lengthy pay histories, and managing case files.
