We are looking for a team member for our 260‐acre Arbor Day Farm to support event operations. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and commitment to serving guests. Leadership experience – ability to supervise banquet servers and bartenders during events. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lb. Ability to serve alcohol (minimum age 21 and completion of TIPS certification). Flexible schedule – availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Responsibilities Work as part of a team to create a fun work environment. Serve large groups in a fast‐paced environment. Represent Lied Lodge with a professional appearance and demeanor.
