What You Bring
- At least 2 years experience as a Head Waiter in a 5-star hotel environment
- Banqueting and conferencing environment experience preferred
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills

- Experience in menu and food pairing
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines and other beverages advantageous
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
