The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful running of the hotels banqueting operation by managing the daily banqueting functions (weddings, special events, dinners) whilst ensuring departmental standards are maintained. They will be able to lead from the front and communicate effectively at all levels. They will have excellent people management skills in order to train and motivate the team, working closely with wider hotel departments to achieve the very best standards possible.
