General Duties & Responsibilities- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene behind the bar
- Throwing of trash, maintaining SOP behind the bar
- Ensuring that bar is fully stocked at all times
- Restocking of bar glasses, napkins, straws etc.
- Tracking of inventory
- Assisting in preparation for business hours and table set up
- Practice safe work habits and take a consultative role in assisting and maintaining a clean, tidy work area and a healthy and safe working environment
