The AGM / Bar Manage Role
The position of Bar Manager will be very hands on in managing this challenging business. As the company is really people focused, you will be getting involved in building the whole organisational culture, standards and to some extent the whole concept. Also, you will be developing cocktail lists and coming up with exciting new ideas for the bar. You will also be leading a team in the bar.
