**About the Role**
As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for all food and beverage presentation and service within The Captains Bar. You ensure quality guest experiences, demonstrate a desire for continuous improvement and achievement of goals, while demonstrating a high level of ethics and accountability.
There are approx. 60 rums to choose from, helpfully categorised as fruity, floral, oaky or spiced, with something sure to please even the most discerning palate.
While the majority hail from the Caribbean and South America, the list also includes Bayou XO Mardi Gras Edition from Louisiana as well as New Zealand rum Helmsman Spiced. The Captain’s Bar is a cosy den, where guests can settle into plush chairs and relax beside the roaring fire.
