Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily bar operations.
- Oversee the full management of different points of sale.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.
- Maintain and exceed quality standards and customer experience expectations.
- Control stock, costs, and overall service organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in high-volume Mediterranean restaurants.
- Training or education related to hospitality and/or restaurant management.
- High level of English and Spanish.
