The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Barback to support our bartenders and keep the bar running smoothly during service. This is a key role behind the scenes that helps ensure guests receive prompt and excellent beverage service.
What You'll Do:
+ Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and glassware throughout your shift
+ Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-supplied at all times
+ Assist bartenders with prep work including garnishes and setting up the bar
+ Collect and wash used glassware and bar tools promptly
