Job Description
Stocking and replenishing bar inventory (alcohol mixers garnishes etc)
Cleaning and organizing bar area including glassware utensils and surfaces
Assisting bartenders with tasks such as preparing garnishes changing kegs and restocking supplies
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the back-of-house areas
Helping to maintain a safe and sanitary environment by following health and safety regulations
Providing excellent guest service by promptly fulfilling requests and assisting guests as needed
Handling cash transactions if required
Assisting with opening and closing duties as directed by management
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Occasionally assisting with other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
Qualifications :
Previous Bar operation experience
One year in a public contact position preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
Possess a gracious friendly and fun demeanor
