What You'll Do:
- Welcome customers, introduce menu items and specials, and take orders accurately.
- Prepare beverages including coffee and tea, and handle basic food preparation such as sandwiches or baked goods.
- Package food and drinks for takeaway.
- Provide product knowledge, including explaining different coffee blends and brewing methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and service areas.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist in merchandising displays and keeping the outlet visually appealing.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- 3 years of experience as a barista
- Background in food & beverage or customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in coffee preparation and food handling.
