Job Description
The barista is responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold coffee beverages, welcoming customers, operating the POS system, and keeping the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, including the use of espresso machines, along with excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable guest experience.
