The Role
Our cafe crew need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our cafe crew is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Produce high quality coffee and full range of cafe beveragesProvide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the caféAbility to produce high quality foodFollow health and safety guidelinesCash handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsPromote the centres services and programs to our patronsDevelop and maintain good working relations with patronsAbility to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
