Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Recommend menu items and assist customers with product selections
- Prepare and assemble bagels, sandwiches, and simple food items
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service counter, coffee station, and customer areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment
- Support opening and closing duties
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assist with workshop setup and customer service when required
- Previous café, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic coffee-making experience is a plus, but training can be provided
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Customer-focused and friendly personality
