Our client in George is hiring a Barista ! POSITION INFO:
A small café based inside a retail environment is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Barista to take responsibility for the daily running of the café area. The café serves coffee, light meals, and toasted sandwiches, and requires someone who enjoys customer service and can work independently Requirements:
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or hospitality experience advantageous
- Ability to prepare coffees and basic café meals/toasted sandwiches
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Able to work retail hours, including Saturdays
- Reliable, responsible, and able to take initiative
- Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans advantageous
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience beneficial
