Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
- Deal with customer queries or concerns in a polite and helpful manner
Beverage & Food Preparation
- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment safely
- Prepare and serve light food items where required
Quality & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times
- Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored
Operational Duties
- Open and/or close the cafe as required
