Beverage Preparation
Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards. Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment. Assist with basic coffee calibration and workflow management. Customer Service
Greet and serve customers professionally. Take orders accurately and process payments through POS systems. Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge. Handle customer enquiries and feedback positively. Café Operations
