Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
- Take orders accurately and prepare drinks promptly.
- Prepare a wide range of coffee drinks and use espresso machines and brewing methods knowledgeably.
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and well stocked at all times.
- Handle cash registers correctly and contribute to a smooth, efficient service.
- Work independently as well as within a team environment.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in the UAE.
- Knowledge of all types of coffee drinks, espresso machines, and brewing methods.
- Ability to provide quality customer service while attending to customers’ needs efficiently.
