Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards
- Deliver friendly, professional and efficient guest service
- Maintain excellent knowledge of bar products, cocktails and garnishes
- Ensure bar cleanliness, organization and proper display of beverages
- Handle cashiering, stock control and minimize wastage
- Follow opening and closing procedures of the bar
- Assist with training of new staff and support banqueting duties when required
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, hygiene and punctuality
- Comply with hotel policies, safety regulations and local legislation
- Work flexibly based on operational and business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years experience in bar service, beverage preparation or as a bartender (hotel or restaurant environment preferred)
