Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Barman to join the team of Pestana Porto Santo - Madeira.
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer services
- Always strive towards best customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve creative cocktails
- Upsell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the position
- Mixology knowledge
