Barman / Bartender
We are recruiting an experienced Barman to join a high‑end restaurant environment. This role is suited to someone who is service‑driven, detail‑oriented and confident working in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation and portion control
- Set up and maintain the bar area before, during and after service
- Manage bar stock, including stock counts and replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety requirements
- Engage professionally with guests and contribute to an excellent guest experience
- Work closely with the restaurant and service team to ensure smooth operations
