Bartender
Location: Kuala Lumpur, M14, MY
Employment type: Full‑time, onsite.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and dispense all beverages per recipes, maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain beverage cost and manage inventory: daily/weekly/monthly stock counts, requisition supplies, record spoilage and wastage.
- Set up bar operations and conduct closing procedures, ensuring safety, hygiene and equipment maintenance.
- Craft and propose creative cocktails, staying informed of customer demand.
- Provide training and mentoring to new bartenders.
- Assist servers and hosts with beverage service, including food pairing.
- Liaise with other sections/outlets for beverage orders.
- Ensure compliance with International Food Safety and Hygiene standards, Malaysian Food Act and company policies.
- Report defects or damage to equipment to superiors.
