Technical Skills

- Speed and quality: fast and efficient in preparing drinks during peak hours while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Hygiene and compliance: bar area consistently clean, organized and fully restocked.
- Regulatory awareness: maintain knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
