As a Bartender you uplift the guest's experience during their visit to THE ROOFTOP. We are looking for individuals who will have the patience, personality, and perseverance necessary to progress in this position and improve the overall experience of The Rooftop’s customers. You will play a crucial part in successfully provide an excellent experience for our guests.
This is what you’re going to do
- Prepare and serve drinks following quality standards.
- Advise customers and offer recommendations.
- Manage stock and cash register, ensuring proper product control.
- Keep the bar clean and organized, complying with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the bar, kitchen, and floor team to ensure efficient service.
- Bring creativity to cocktail preparation and stay updated on mixology trends.
