Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure accurate stock handling and control of bar inventory
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods
Requirements
- 3–5 years relevant experience in a professional restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or lodge environment
- Strong product knowledge of beverages and cocktails
- Ability to work fast and effectively under pressure
- Micros system experience advantageous
