Job Description

Minimum Qualifications
  • Grade 1012 / Matric certificate.
  • Bartending or hospitality training is advantageous.
  • Responsible alcohol service certification may be required.

Experience
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or resorts is advantageous.

Knowledge
  • Beverage preparation and cocktail mixing.
  • Customer service standards.
  • Health and hygiene regulations.
  • Basic stock control and cash-handling procedures.

Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Multitasking and organisational abilities.
