Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of German and international beverages with precision and flair including draught beer schnapps cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
- Bring Oktoberfest-style energy to the bar from ceremonial keg tapping to guest engagement with toasts like Prost!
- Provide beer education to guests guiding them on flavor profiles regional specialties and traditional pairings.
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area following hygiene and HACCP guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to create seasonal drinks and themed promotions.
- Engage with guests in both German and English delivering warm conversational service with cultural authenticity.
- Support festive events beer‑tasting nights and high-volume service during special occasions.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
