Job Description
. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
. Recommend cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages to guests
. Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation
. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar area
. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
. Check guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
. Handle guest enquiries and provide excellent customer service
. Operate POS systems and process orders accurately
. Assist in bar opening and closing duties
. Work closely with the service and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
. Adhere to workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies
