We are a young company with locations in Belp, Sion, and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Our EASA Part-145 approved organization specializes in maintenance, avionics, components, and composite repairs.
To expand and strengthen our team in Sion, we are looking for you as our Base Maintenance Manager BMM.
Responsibilities
- Independent planning and execution of inspection and maintenance work (base and line maintenance)
- Technical leadership of the maintenance team, including personnel deployment planning
- Coordination between customers and the maintenance organization: inquiries, quotations, scheduling, invoicing
- Troubleshooting on helicopter types from various manufacturers
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company processes
- Independent handling of technical and administrative tasks
